“Something very special about our kids trips”
We love fishing with all our clients, but there is something very special about our kids trips! Taking families out and breaking away from the daily grind of cell phones, TV’s and X-boxes; and watching them get some quality time together. Watching these youngsters catch the “Biggest Fish Ever” and in some cases their first fish ever, is a very special experience that only comes with seeing a huge smile on a child’s face as they experience something completely new and challenging. Have no doubt – here at Salty Dog Charters we love our kids trips and look forward to a great time fishing with your family!
Tampa Bay Fishing
A vacationing group from Texas having a great day of family fishing in Tampa Bay. Everyone had fun fishing for our ever present summer Mango Snapper for dinner and the kids had a chance to get up close and personal and learn about our local shark population. For these kids….this was the real “Shark Week”!!!
St Pete Beach Fishing
Some great folks down vacationing from Salem OH out on a half day offshore trip a few miles out of St Pete Beach. We did a little bottom fishing to pick up some nice Mango snapper for dinner then spent the rest of the trip doing some fun fast paced mackrel fishing on light tackle and even got a visit from one of our local dolphin pods on the trip home.
Madeira Beach – Offshore Kingfishing
Howard Stiewe and his crew offshore Madeira Beach on a kingfish / bottom trip. This group was a blast to fish with. I think Howard said it best “We started with an extremely hot Kingfish bite (See the picture of the three kids!) and then moved on to a bottom bite that was hitting snapper and grouper as fast as we could bait the hooks.”. Thanks for fishing with us guys ….looking forward to our next trip!
Johns Pass – Offshore Fishing
Bob and his crew down from the arctic tundra of Mass. in spring 2015 getting some salt water therapy with the Salty Dog Crew offshore of John’s Pass. These guys were another great group . We had a blast working the spring kingfish run and picked up a nice cobia to top it all off. Thanks for fishing “Salty Dog” style. See ya next trip!
St Pete Beach Fishing
